This paper is a write up of a workshop given at Samford University about dealing with a difficult roommate in college. It covers existing literature on dealing with difficult people, the method, the results, and a discussion of the workshop. The materials provided during the workshop are also given in Appendix A through G.

This is a case study outlining the timeline of the 2015 Ashley Madison data breach. It discusses Noel Biderman's part in the downfall of Ashley Madison, the organizational culture of Ashley Madison, and the ethical dilemma both inside and outside the organization. It looks through the lens of Organizational Communication at the interworking of the world's largest infidelity website. Implications for future hacks are also given.

By comparing Group Therapy with AAT, it becomes clear that AAT is a better treatment option for child sexual abuse (CSA) survivors. This paper aims to compare simple group therapy and animal assisted therapy in order to show the benefits of both, but to demonstrate the greater strengths of animal assisted therapy.

As the prevalence of long-distance relationships (LDRs) increases, extensive research has been conducted on their survival. This literature review aims to analyze existing scholarly literature on LDRs, specifically relating to levels of idealization and the role of social media in idealization. Future research questions are provided in light of the provided findings.

This paper explains why abortion was a poor first step for the women's rights movement based on a timeline of court cases regarding abortion. Abortion is too complex to be considered simply a woman's right; the six complexities are discussed. Better first steps are also discussed.

This paper explores the reasons behind the prevalence of sexual assault in the United States Military. Through an analysis of case studies, two major reasons are discussed: distrust in the military judicial system and hypermasculinity. Suggestions for other organizations are also given.
